Since we are approved e-recycling collector, we have to ask you to fill a form for every time you visited us to drop off recyclables. We usually give the option if you want to put your email address or not, and we respect your privacy. However, the form youíve been asked to fill has nothing to do with us. It is only a requirement by San Mateo County, and we have to submit the address upon recycling your electronics. In the end, e-waste is a big industry, and help your county to control recycling cycle by simply giving 30 seconds to fill up the form that is required. Please see the sample form prior to your visit;
